Returns and Exchanges

Since ordering clothing can be intimidating, we want to you to breathe easy with our simple return policy.

Corsets

 

Follow these steps to return (or exchange):


    1. Please scroll down the page and click the link at the bottom that says "CLICK TO START YOUR SELF-SERVE RETURN". As long as it has been under 30 days since you received the item, we will grant the request no questions asked! You can always email us at CONTACT@TOPSHELFCORSETRY.COM if you have any questions or concerns, we are always willing to help!
    2. Once approved, mail your return via USPS to the address listed below and please get a tracking number so you know when we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot refund corsets that the mail service loses or damages on the way in.
    3. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of return package receipt.
    4. The dollar amount you paid for the item will then be issued to you as store credit, at which time you can order the correct size or an entirely different item - whatever you like! Please be aware there might be a price change in your item since it was originally ordered or if on sale when purchased and you will be responsible for any price difference. Please note that the items must be in new condition when they arrive, and cannot show any serious signs of usage.

Return Rules:


  • Only store credit is issued on returns / exchanges.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of shipment date.
  • Customer pays return shipping label.
  • No restocking fees charged.
  • Corsets or any clothing must be returned clean and unworn.
  • Any item returned with smells, staining, or any kind of damage are not eligible for return and store credit.
  • Cancellations are not available after 48 hours have passed since an order was placed.
  • Returns due to color variation are not allowed or accepted - we can not control color perceptions or variations due to an individual's eye, viewing screen, natural variation in dyes used for material used, etc.
  • Avoid returns in advance by taking advantage of our blog article on how to size your corset correctly. Additionally, you can always reach out via email for our free corset consultations.

Clearance, Returns and Manufacturing Samples:


Because they are already heavily discounted, manufacturing samples and returns are currently non-returnable, please make sure you have the right size first.
